I'm Frank. I started Bad Ass Merch out of a small workshop in Hamilton, Ontario, originally as a way to sell merch tied to my other brands:

How I got here

Before this, I spent 33 years as a licensed Ontario paralegal. Courtroom work, criminal and POA defence, plus a few small businesses along the way. I'm now an L1 lawyer-licensing candidate at the Law Society of Ontario.

From side project to platform

The shop was meant to be a side project. Then other makers started asking if they could sell their work here too. So now we're a platform for designers, illustrators, photographers, and press operators. Anyone who hand-makes the kind of stuff that doesn't fit on a stock storefront.

How it works

Every shirt, mug, and sticker on this site is hand-pressed by the person who designed it. No drop-shipping. No warehouse. No middlemen. Small batches. If a piece sells out, it might come back, but no promises.
