The Story

Bad Ass Merch is a small-batch merch shop based in Hamilton, Ontario. Every shirt and mug is designed and pressed by Frank Alfano, the same person behind a handful of Ontario-focused tools and services:

• Oversight Intelligence — licensed private investigation.
• We Serve Papers — process serving and skip tracing.
• You Defend You — courtroom resources for self-represented defendants.
• We Draft It & London Law Lectures — legal drafting and CPD.

The merch ties those worlds together. Some of it is inside-baseball for the lawyers, paralegals, and investigators who already know the brands. Some of it is just for anyone who likes a sharp design.

Everything is made in small batches on a Cricut, pressed by hand, and shipped from Hamilton via Canada Post. No drop-shipping, no warehouse, no middlemen. If a design sells out, it might come back. It might not.
